I had significant damage sustained to my Impreza after a wreck, and I sent my car over to Motion Lab to get the engine damage fixed. Unfortunately, after reviewing several options and my insurance company reassessing the damage, it was determined as a total loss. HOWEVER, just the customer service and professionalism of these guys was so top-notch, that I will be coming back to them for any of my car needs. Alex was extremely attentive and communicative through the entire process, and kept me up-to-date on all of their diagnostics. He was very sympathetic to the entire situation, and even gave me some advice on what to look for in a new car. \r
