In march of this year my wife and I decided that it was time to buy a home and settle in. she was 6 months pregnant and our lease was expiring in 60 days. And as if that wasn’t enough of a struggle for him to have to deal with, he also had to deal with the fact that my credit scores were “less than desirable.” Nevertheless Scott greeted my wife and I with a smile the first day we met him at his office and gave us a reassurance that he would work with us as long as it took to get us in our new home. Well on may 15th, 2013 my family and I moved into our new home!!!!! We got a beautiful two story home in an incredible school district for our children in Franklin and we simply couldn’t be happier. And did I mention that the house appraises for $145,000 and we purchased it for $115,000???\r
So again I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Scott and his amazing staff. You have made me and my family feel like we are HOME for the first time in a long time!\r
