I was determined to find the best carrot cake in town as my girlfriend´s birthday was fast approaching and she just goes crazy about carrot cakes. I couldn´t get her just any carrot cake from the store. She is as picky as anyone can get about a good solid quality cake. A friend of mine urged me to try Big City Cakes. I then got in touch with chef Ruwan, what a personable nice man he is! He carefully listened to what I was looking for in a carrot cake and the best carrot cake we´ve ever tried so far was delivered to us in a timely manner. Ruwan is so talented he surpassed by far our expectations. And I have to admit it, my girlfriend was so thrilled she rewarded me very handsomely that night if you know what I mean ...... Thanks Ruwan for sweeten our lives up!
