I had these guys come in and replace a ceiling heating unit. It worked fine for three days and then crapped out on a Saturday when it was below 20 degrees out. They answered their phone and said they would have someone out. No one showed for the whole weekend. The temperature in my business was 50 degrees with only one heater. I tried calling back and they wouldn't pick up. Could not give a sh.... They took the money and ran. If I could have I would have cancelled the check but it was too late. How do you sell something and not back it up?
