STAY AWAY!! What a nightmare! I bought a beautiful dress to be hemmed and altered for my daughters a wedding, went to pick it up, tried it on and it had HUGE stains on the dress. Mary Jane just said, ""I can't imagine how that happened, I'll send it to the cleaners"". Needless to say, I was flabbergasted! It was three weeks before my daughters wedding and I didn't have a dress to wear! The cleaning would take at least a week, I spent the next several days searching for a new dress. I had not gotten an update from Mary Jane which would have been reassuring. \r
My daughter called the cleaners to ask the ""spot specialist"" if he thought the stain would come out, he said he thought there was a good chance he could get it out but couldn't be sure. This was at least helpful at putting my mind at ease!!!! We did go back and picked up the dress, the stain did come out but the dress was noticeably darker in color, I think they dyed it a different color, none of my accessories matched! Mary Jane said, "" oh look how beautiful it is, and they even pressed it!!!"" Then she charged me the cost of the alterations of 130.00 - no discount for my trouble, anxiety, frustration and still no apology. TAKE MY WORD FOR IT! STAY AWAY!!
