I am very dissapointed to hear your comments on the orchid conservatory. The bugs, well, are a part of life. An indoor environment lacks the natural predators that usually control insect problems outdoors, so that is a challenge. The conservatory is completely organic for both the health and safety of our guests and employees, as well as to provide a safe environment for our butterflies that will be exhibited this fall.\r
Volunteers are always welcomed, as hand picking bugs and spraying insecticidal soaps is very time consuming, on top of hand watering, pruning, and attempting to keep fast growing tropical plants within their bounds!\r
