Let's set aside the fact that the staff is warm and friendly, accommodating and informative, and the fact that you don't have to wait an hour when you show up on time, the effort they put into ensuring your comfort while on the chair, that's all just icing on the cake. What's got me coming back is that within minutes of speaking with Dr. Marta, before she even touched my teeth, I could tell that she was very passionate about her work. I had never seen a dentist with a unique energy like hers and when I asked about her enthusiasm she said to me "I just want all my patients to have nice teeth", in a rather bubbly tone.
I knew immediately that she would do a stellar job and she didn't disappoint. I had been to several dentists over the years and they were all the same, did a job and got paid. Dr. Marta and her staff not only repaired the condition of my teeth, but she also FIXED A SHODDY FILLING MY LAST DENTIST DID, it was decaying from the inside and she made up for the failure of another, lesser dentist. At the end of the first appointment the staff taught me how to properly brush my back teeth, something no other dentist bothered with, that alone tells me that she sees me as a person and not as a bankroll like many dentists do.
As I said before, she loves what she does, and that alone puts her in the top 1%, a passionate dentist is a skilled dentist. If you live near the Des Plaines area, Dr . Marta is for you. Oh and don't worry about feeling intimidated by scary dentists and their tools, with her it feels like you're visiting an old friend from day one. Dr. Marta Milejczyk is on a mission, to make you have nice teeth, so that you can show off those pearlies with pride.
