This was a two part move from Seattle to Edmonds and to Vancouver BC. The movers were loud and boisterous yelling rude comments to each other. They didn't send enough packers/movers so move took 3 times the amount of time is should have. The driver got lost to Edmonds for two hours and then billed me for the time they were lost and stuck in a cal-de-sac and couldn't get turned around. The international part of the move was a joke. They rented an unmarked truck and I had to travel an hour to the border because they didn't have their paperwork in order. The driver couldn 't help unload and only had one person to unload furniture...waited hours for help to come. They couldn't deliver a Howard Miller curio so took it back. Brice told me it would be covered under the international move and they would take it back to my apartment in Seattle where it originated from. Six months later, damaged, broken glass and their attempt to repair the rubbed off paint by spray painting it and then trying to pass it off as fixed and was delivered with shoddy paint job (done by their warehouse manager) scratches and dents and broken glass panel. Took out full replacement insurance that keeps getting denied for repair. There was nothing good about this move other than the stated quote from Josh was pretty spot on. Brice, the owner's nephew swore to me his uncle would make this right but he just blew me off when I tried to talk to him. I plan to take them all (Accountable and Wheaton World Wide Movers) to court for insurance and claims fraud.
