DON'T USE PLANET ORANGE!!!!!
I paid thousands of dollars to have my house treated for termites by Planet Orange a few months ago. Now that I'm ready to paint my house, our contractor found colonies of LIVE termites on 3 sides of our 2 story home! The areas were NEVER treated! The Campbell employee, Stephen Casey, treated our home and confirmed that the home was never treated in those termite infested areas. I've called 6 times to get the "satisfaction gaurantee" that Planet Orange advertises to no avail. I am put on hold up to 30 minutes, promised a call back from Stephen Casey 3 times, (never happened), and feel now that this is a very poorly run company!
