Review content:
Never return! I went for outpatient prenatal labs. They were not sent to my doctors office until requested 3 weeks later. At that point if something had been wrong it was too late. I filed a complaint with the hospital and they denied any responsibility whatsoever. They argued with me on the phone saying they gave me a prompt pay discount and I should be grateful and it is my doctors fault because they didn't request them. I than called my dr. Where they said " oh, you went to Timpanogogs Hospital. We have a hard time with getting results from them or any communication for that matter." \r

Crazy me I think that if I pay 200 for something maybe they can send a paper with results before 3 weeks later when they needed to request them.\r

This is not the first negative run in with them but by lack of consideration with how late it was and how hard it was to get a reply and resolution ( took over 3 weeks to get a call back), we will not return to Timpanogos Hospital ever again.\r
