Simon's is an AWFUL business. They've given me and my insurance adjuster nothing but trouble after an auto accident that totaled my car. \r

First off, they won't even tell you how to get to their business. Simon's is in a rural area with NO signage. The only thing they would provide was the address which doesn't appear correctly on Google Maps. \r

Secondly, you can not have access to your vehicle without the title. You can't even look in your vehicle for the title. This is common for tow yards and understandable. So, I asked them to search my car for the title. They then argued with me about which car it even was. Then they tried to claim that my car was not even on their lot. I WATCHED THEM TOW MY CAR FROM THE ACCIDENT SCENE IN A SIMON'S WRECKER TRUCK. Furthermore, they would NOT answer any questions about how to obtain access to your car.\r

Customer service at this place is nil. I'm judging by the black eye of the clerk that other customers feel the same as me. I'd love
