Businiess name:  Five Towns Nissan

Review content:
I walked in the dealership to buy a used Nissan Maxima. After waiting nearly an hour while they looked for the keys to the car, I was finally able to take the car for the test drive. After we got back, we began negotiations. I was presented with the car fax and noticed that the car was in an accident. After asking the dealer for additional info on the accident, the manager told me that one of the employees took the car across the street from the dealership and it was in a "minor fender bender where the back of the car was side swiped". The funny thing was that the report showed that the car was in a multiple impact collision and the accident took place in another town. Maybe they should have studied the reports they provided before lying straight to my face. Great way to earn the trust of a potential customer. Needless to say, I walked out without purchasing a car from a dealership whose goal is "complete customer satisfaction." If complete customer satisfaction was their goal, they failed miserably! Buyer beware!
