Review content:
I wasn't looking for a Honda but I was looking for the exact VW Walser Honda had on their used car lot. I prepared myself most of the day for a typical dealer experience which is to attempt to pursuade me to buy a "new car" or at the last a more expensive car by showing me just how low of a payment they could get me on the car of "their" choice. The car I called about and made an appointment for was sitting in the front of the dealership running when I arrived - pretty cool right? Test drive, trade in valuation and a host of casual, normal conversations with sales rep Scott Brown and not one mention of anything other than what I was there for. Scott wanted to know what I was looking for, what I wanted and how he could help me meet those needs; he even wanted to know if my plan was to leave with the new VW. No pressure, no hype, just honest customer service making every attempt to ensure I left Walser Honda with the best experience they could provide. If I get a chance and a future car I'm looking for is at Walser Honda, I'm calling Scott Brown hands down...that's my new name for Scott - Hands Down Scotty Brown!
