The Courtyard by Marriott Oldsmar was in the process of completing a total interior remodel of all guest rooms and public space. As a part of that remodel, I contacted Dave at Exterior Concepts to bid on our outdoor patio area and I am so glad I did! Dave and his team did a wonderful job and I could not be happier with the final "piece of art." We receive so many positive comments on the area and guests of the hotel actually sit outside now enjoying the serenity. The outdoor experience just enhances the entire hotel and the Sales Team could not be happier. Once they show the space to a potential client...they are hooked and sold! The Sales Team also pressured Exterior Concepts to have the project completed ahead of schedule for an upcoming wedding and they did not disappointment them. The bride loved it and it was a huge WOW factor for her special day.
Our guests now enjoy a beautiful rock waterfall, pond, arched bridge and spacious patio. Our pond is even stocked with 6 of the biggest and brightest Koi fish I have ever seen!
Exterior Concepts cannot be beat and I would highly recommend them to anyone. THANK YOU!
