I've lived in several apartments on the South Side, and Thompson Village is exactly what we wanted.\r

The rent is extremely cheep for 2 bedroom apartments (550); it has not increased at all in 2 years. The grounds are very well kept, the apartments are clean and well maintained, and any maintenance problems you have will be fixed fast.
