It is true at first everything was okay, then it all went down hill. The wood is almost 100 years old the dishwasher has its days and the security is terrible. I lived in the so called "quiet" back area where thieves kicked my door in ( remember old wood? A 10yr old can kick that door in!) and stole all my stuff in broad daylight! The apartment said I was trying to use this incident to get cheaper rent for the month? WTF?! How insensitive is that?! They don't care about any of there residence you probably would get more assistance if you lived on the street!
