Review content:
The management are liers and i think the only people they want to rent to are foreigners! I have a townhome and there have been some issues with plumbing, and you can tell that the walls and ceilings were repaired the cheapest way possible! My storm door in the back is falling apart and i am sure i will be charged for it. My back door door knob came apart the screws were loose and came out, but atleast i can open it now. Other than those things i generally like the place but they are not going to renew my lease because they said i have other people living with me that are not on my lease. This is absolutely untrue! My boyfriend stays over sometimes but i dont think thats out of the ordinary. He has his own properties and he hates this place. My foreign neighbors have 20 people in and out everyday! My boyfriend pressute washed my driveway and they didnt like that for some reason. My driveway fills up with water and dirt like a lake every time it rains or snows and he was just trying to keep it clean for my kids! I also got a letter that i left my kids unattended in other peoples yards which is untrue they play with the other kids on the street. They said my kids were pulling branches off trees and such, my daughter is 3. I've seen a lot worse things from the other children and neighbors! There are always police and constables knocking peoples doors! I am really upset about my lease not being renewed because its a nice neighborhood for the most part and i like the school district and its affordable for me. Their reasoning for not renewing my lease is Michelle said is because they dont have to if they dont want too! I think this place is a scam! Now they can rent my place to a foreigner and probably get more money from the government!
