I've done several rafting trips with various outfits in Colorado, but Lakota is my favorite. Their staff is attentive and knowledgeable and they offer a great variety of things to do, from white water rafting to hummer tours.
But my absolute favorite is the night-time night-vision goggles tour! Yes, they take you out on gentle raft ride after sunset (the guide does all the work, this is NOT white water rafting) and they provide you with night vision goggles. The view of the stars with these things is absolutely unlike anything you have ever seen! Our guide was very knowledgeable about constellations and helping us find them in the night sky.
At the end, they provide you with a light picnic snack. Take a date and go do something different! I can't wait to go back
