Review content:
I attended 2 out of the 10 classes -I was told via phone- I had to sign up for the 10 sessions to receive the intro. rate. *After reviewing the website, I realized I could have the same intro. rate for 2 classes= nothing lost on Pilates Seattle International's end. After realizing Pilates was not for me, I asked the owner and a staff member both via phone & e.mail, if I could have a refund for the remaining 8 classes. They were more than happy to refund my balance for the amount of almost $500. *So, they said. It's now been over 2 weeks, and my last 3 e.mails have gone unanswered and yet still no refund. I live quite close to the studio, so, this has given them more then ample time to refund my balance via mail. I have also offered to stop by the studio to pick up my check in person. It's sadly beginning to look like I'm going to have to pursue this matter in SMALL CLAIMS COURT. This is not only a waste of both parties time, but seems a bit "over the top" for a refund I was promised via e.mail.
