Scotty at Christopher's Dodge World worked with me to trade in my undependable car to purchase a dependable and suitable, used car. During the negotiations, they made a bargain with me and discovered that they had made an error in math which would be to my benefit. Scotty and the management KEPT THEIR WORD and I purchased the car. Several days after driving the car off the lot, I discovered that the CD player did not work. IT WAS REPLACED by a tech who came to my home to install the new player. Scotty supported me during the sales process and through the CD replacement with my best interests in mind. I will recommend this dealership without reservation.
