Yesterday, we had our brand new 2011 Nissan Version 1.8SL worked on for a faulty IKey (kept getting the red key light and the car wouldn't start). Thanks to Cruz Solorzano's very hard work, and the expert help from Fred Noda the master mechanic, the problem was resolved very quickly. Cruz went out of her way to call us on her day off, and set us up with Fred to get to the bottom of the problem. As a result, we got the car back in one day. We feel that both Cruz and Fred went beyond the call of duty, and should be highly commended for their hard work. \r

We also had a great experience with the Finance Person, Ameena, believe it or not. We purchased our first Versa via another Finance person who was rude, and brisk. But Ameena took her time explaining everything in detail, was very personable, and even helped us in other areas outside her jurisdiction. Ameena was a joy to work with, and we highly recommend her.\r
