Last night my husband & I purchased a 2010 Maxima (Our second Maxima). Eric Ruggberg was our salesperson. Over the last 10 years we have bought 6 different vehicles, and we have never had a sales person treat us as wonderfully as Mr. Ruggberg did last night. He was patient, accommodating, personable, and respectful. He stayed with us through the whole transaction even though we were at the dealership until 10:30pm. He genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. He even helped us set up the Bluetooth in the car.\r \r We would not hesitate to refer him to our coworkers or friends. We feel confident that he would treat them in the same manner. \r \r We are also pleased with the philosophy of the dealership and the extra power train warranty. We were given a fair price for our 2005 Maxima. So often dealerships will criticize the condition of a trade-in, to mislead the customer into taking less than a fair price. We didn?t feel we were misled, pushed or pressured.
