I loved the experience that I had at Infiniti of Elk Grove. From the moment I dropped my car off the service was wonderful. The service rep that I worked with was responsive to my requests and patient with my indecisiveness. \r
A couple of days after I dropped my car off, I was contacted by the rep and given an estimate. I was not sure if I was getting the best price for the work that needed to be done on my Infiniti. I let the rep know that I was going to call around first to see if I could get a better price. The rep was very understanding and patient and was not pushy at all. After I called around to a couple of places, I found that Infiniti offered the most affordable price for the work that needed to be performed. I was also given a loaner car which made the experience a lot more convenient for my busy life style.\r
Lastly, when I picked up my Infiniti it was detailed to perfection. This experience will make me an Infiniti ower for life!
