I have owned 6 new vehicles. I have never had worse service...ever! It was such a bad experience, I will NEVER buy another ford as long as I live, let alone give ANY business to this company. I made an appointment on the last day of my warranty to have a couple of things repaired on my F350 that has 9500 miles....made it clear what my intentions were...dropped my truck off....got a call 4 days after my warranty expired saying sorry its not covered and you owe us $110.00 because the problem has to be diagnosed before warranty expires. ....my wife tried to work with these jokers for a couple of weeks...lots of stress....waste of time. I don't believe these people are honest and I have lost all respect for Ford in general. I'm still very upset about this....I don't take advantage of people....I work in service so I understand what it means.....BAD!!!!!!!!!!!
