We went out on a Saturday to check out new cars, and one of the dealerships we stopped by was Infiniti of Elk Grove. We were greeted by Will Ng, who we ended up working with. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and definitely LOW PRESSURE. We test drove a car, got a tour of the facility, met other employees, etc. Between Will and his manager, we were able to get the exact car we were looking for at a price within our budget. Dave Scott handled our final paperwork, he was also very friendly and thorough. We ended up leaving with a new car and very satisfied with the whole experience-great dealership!
