Review content:
body shop repairs took twice as long as i was told. when asked why, could not get a specific reason for delay. 3 shops and insurance company said 4-5 days plus w/end if needed. all estimates were within a couple hundred $$ of each other. shop took 2 weeks, 1 day(11days) +2 w/ends. Insurance asked shop to pay for additional days of rental, shop advised - "no, they don't do that. repairs take as long as repairs take". insurance allowed rental for "reasonable" time-based on estimate...I paid difference.. I took final billing to one of the shops I previously considered, they reviewed, based on final repairs/estimate, they advised 4-5 days plus w/end if needed.. if they did not get done by friday, it would be delivered monday. (i now know shops don't work w/ends). Will not be back for any future repairs... my fault or not. I've also had service done here as well.. it was pricey and got "Elk Grove" attitude.. no more of my business for them. Mel Rapton, Carmichael Honda, Folsom Lake Honda
