Mark Danza, divisional manager in Charlotte, rectified my awful situation by refunding the money I paid to an unscrupulous sales representative. There is always a bad apple in the bunch and apparently, this bad apple has been let go. Thanks to Mark for stepping up to the plate to make my situation a little better. I will consider buying from Champion in the future.
