Hey all just a few facts about WEST COUNTY BMW and Tim Everhart. If you look up on Case.net you'll notice that Mr Everhart has in fact been to prison for a criminal offense known as "Unlawful Merchandising" which translates into literally screwing people out of their money by deliberately misrepresenting the known facts of everything that he sells, which in this specific case, turned out to be nothing other than you guessed it, USED CARS!!!!! He also had to undergo extensive drug treatment before the board of probation and parole would allow him his freedom, I'm sure you can read between the lines here. - Drug rehab, makes it a habit to SCREW people out of their money - Consider that when you walk in and he smiles at you, asking what he can do for you, because he's really imagining what all you're going to end up doing for him, with no regard for your satisfaction as his customer. Oh, and CURRENTLY, right now 11/2013 he is awaiting trial in Lincoln County MO (Troy area) for Forgery. If
