I love to run and sure enough just like many of my friends I ended up with dreaded plantar fasciitis (aka my foot hurts like h***)\r

I tried everything and had almost given up when Dr. Woody came to the rescue.\r

Using his program (taping and massaging with a soup can !)\r
I was able to heal it within a month and run again.\r
