Everyone was so helpful from start to finish. We did our homework online and scheduled an appointment through the Internet department. They promised to get us all the information we needed to make and informed decision and were honest and efficient in helping us accomplish that. When we got there our new car was pulled up and ready for us to drive. The salesperson went through the car in great detail before we took the car on the road and explained everything. We knew before we arrived that the car was priced right and then after driving it we knew it was the right car for our family. We researched prices online before visiting the dealership and when we showed them what others were charging for the exact same car, they agreed to our counter offer. Sure car dealerships need to make money, but we are on a tight budget and we appreciated that they worked with us on price. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! What a wonderful experience buying a used car at Stephen AutoMall and would recommend them to friends family and others without hesitation.
