I have taken my car to Lloyd's a few times in the past for some auto repair needs, and they have done a GREAT job! They have made commitments to have the car repaired and back to me within a reasonable time frame, and they have ALWAYS come through on their commitments. I had called other auto shops to have my car serviced and they had given me the run around, not returning calls, but when i called and spoke with Robert Jr, he told me to drop my car off the same day i called and they would take care of it and i had my car back within 2 days. They had gone above and beyond what i had asked for. The customer service I recieved at Lloyd's was great, I will highly recommend Lloyd's to any one of my friends a family since this is one of the BEST Businesses in East County!!\r
