I walked in just wanting to checkout their inventory. Being a first time rider I didn't want to make an impulsive buy. Steve, came up to me and started telling me more about the bikes and their pros and cons for a first time rider. While checking out the used inventory I lost all nerves of asking a ""stupid question"" because i was new to riding and Steve made me feel comfortable. After talking it out with Steve more we came to the bike that was EXACTLY what was looking for.\r

I've been riding everyday and when I have a question I can shoot Steve a question, and boom there is a response back quickly. I'm stoked on my bike and very happy that I decided to go to Bartel's as they gave me the piece of mind I was looking for.
