Review content:
This is an independent gym on the edge of Littleton and Lakewood. It offers all of the standard gym offerings indoor pool, indoor track, large weight area, racquetball courts, and lots of classes. The cardio and weight equipment can be busy during the after-work hours but usually by 7pm things are totally free. There are some of the typical muscle-bound guys in the weight area but also plenty of beginners and mid-level folks. Children under 16 are allowed but only in the smaller downstairs cardio area and the pool. Upstairs is reserved for adults. Theres a great spin class and plenty of others to choose from. You have to bring your own lock for the locker room. They also have 3 stand-up tanning booths and 1 regular bed. Membership can include tanning. They offer onsite day-care for parents to leave kids while you work out. From the womens locker room theres a live video feed from the day care so you can check on the kids. Prices are reasonable and they offer discounts for
