Review content:
This gym has something for everyone: lots of cardio equipment, weight machines, free weights. Good variety of aerobics classes. Children's dance classes. Water aerobics. Good dry & weight sauna, two temperatures of hot tubs, big pool. Racquetball. Massages. Family dressing rooms for parents with young children. Tanning. Outside activities (small extra fee) like snowshoeing.
The gym is always clean and well-cared-for. The membership fees are reasonable. The staff is friendly. It's locally owned, and the owner is often there and will say hi and check to make sure you're happy. But it's not a small mom & pop--It's a very large, two story building, and they keep updating the equipment.
Also, I've belonged for about 5 years, and they haven't raised my fees.
