PEOPLE!!! read this and you will find out why I chose this company to come to my home. when I decided to get my carpets cleaned, I was looking for an affordable price, living on my own. and working a part time job. I didn't have a lot of money. so I called them and they gave me a rough estimate, I thought it seemed pretty fair. so I booked an appointment. and before I knew it they day was here. the tech arrived to my home on time. before he started the work he made sure I knew what was going on and how much it would be. at first I thought it was a little too much, that I wouldn't be able to afford it, and I let him know. (and this is why I like this company) he said no problem, I will call the office and ask if I could give you a better price. so he did, and when he came back he said he was honoring me a 10% off... that was nice. and so professional of them. they care and that's what makes them stand out from every other carpet cleaning company. thanks a lot for it all.
