After reading the negative review written about Ditco Ceramica we were a very cautious about including them in the bidding process. We got estimates from three companies. Ditco's estimate was neither the lowest nor the highest. We were very impressed with the professionalism of our sales representative, Richie Blair. Although the company appeared to be extremely busy Richie provided a written estimate within 24 hours. The demolition and installation was done quickly and the crew was extremely polite and very well spoken. We asked a lot of questions and they took the time to explain the process and answer our questions completely. The workmanship was excellent and they left the entire work area, inside the house and outside, neater and cleaner that it was when they started. The estimate was right on; no surprises. We highly recommend this company. The kitchen is beautiful and the experience was totally painless. Thank you to everyone at Ditco.
