CALL SOMEONE ELSE FOR YOUR REPAIR!!!\r
Awful experience- Called to have my washer repaired. Manoli was sent out rather quickly which was great. Problem is he said the washer needed $430.00 in repairs. I gave him a $100 deposit check. After he left I called my husband, he said look up the problem online. Within two minutes I knew what the problem was. Ordered the part- cost $100 and took me literally 3 minutes to install (this includes the time to take the lid off of the washer). Manoli told me my washer need a whole new motherboard and it would take along time to repair. NOT TRUE AT ALL! Called the company back after I knew the washer was fixed to request my $100.00 back. Lady told me the manager would call me back. Well I bet you can guess that no one has called me back and when I tried to call again- NO ANSWER to my calls. THEY RIPPED ME OFF FOR THE $100. Do yourself a favor and look the problem up online. If it is an over your head repair CALL SOMEONE ELSE!
