I had a fantastic experience with this company. My car broke down and my car repair place recommended them. I spoke to Elite's dispatcher twice, and both times she was incredibly nice and double-checked that I was in a safe place. Although they told me it would be about 1.5 hours' wait (pretty normal amount of wait based on my previous experiences), the owner himself pulled up much sooner than that. He even waited while I finished up some business emails so that I could ride with him to the shop. The truck was extremely clean and we had a great conversation the whole way, no mean feat given that it was a 40 minute drive. When we arrived, everything went very smoothly and it was clear that the people at the shop had a positive relationship with the company. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them.
