Review content:
I would like to preface this with that I have come to this shop on and off for years, and while I assume this is not a normal occurrence, I am now no longer going to be able to use Kerrigan's for future work.
Yesterday I had my car in for an oil change and actually witnessed several of your employees driving my car to lunch. When I brought this to Tom's attention he did agree that it was entirely unacceptable and I received a call back saying my service would be free of charge for the day. Which I do appreciate it. However, when I picked my car I saw that the employee who had sat in the passenger seat had shoved my coat, hat, and papers to the floor board and all of which had been clearly stepped all over. I would think that after you know that I witnessed multiple employees riding in my car that at the very least you would have made sure that it was back in the order it was when I dropped off. I am very dissatisfied and am sorry to say that I will not be returning to your shop again.
