Harbor Fitness rocks. \r \r I've been going for 10 years. \r \r I use one of the trainers every five weeks to create a new routine. I do the routine for four weeks and then the trainer gives me another new routine and so on. You can get a half hour training session for $39 and it's cheaper than using a trainer every week if you have the dedication to follow the trainer's routine on your own.\r \r The gym is clean and bright and the music is good on the sound system. \r \r The staff are professional and courteous and remember you by name.\r \r Do not be intimidated by the other regular gym goers. I exercised on and off over the years. I started to work out like a madwoman when I turned 45. It's possible to be fitter at 49 than you were at 22.\r \r I credit the trainer at the gym with getting me into shape.\r \r It's a great gym the best one I've ever been a member of. I'm glad I joined. The motto is right-on:\r \r It's the best part of the day every day.
