Review content:
Called this company to come out and service my appliance. When he/the owner came he barely acknowledged me; kept looking to my husband for instruction and feedback which annoyed me greatly, as my husband knew nothing of the call or why he was even there. He had an arrogant attitude which I would have dismissed if he had serviced my appliance as I was wanting. As it were, he was unable to do even that and said he would have to return after making checks on costs for the part that was not working. Needless to say, he did not return. I had a gentleman from Idler's come out and do the work. It took a little longer to schedule, but I didn't mind not having to deal with an arrogant pr**k.
