The tellers are very friendly. Managers thus far have been harmful to my small business. US Bank employees have misled me into contracting an extremely over-priced long term software lease from their company for cumbersome credit-card acceptance software which I don't need or want. (US Bank @ ~$79/month+6% VS Square@$0/month+2.9%.) I am told that no-one at the branch handles these issues. Managers don't follow through with anyone who can though. On one occasion, US Bank deposited $3900 on a $39000 check even though my deposit slip stated $39000. It'd be useful if I could charge them a fee for their mistake to cover all the costs that I incurred from that. Once that software lease contract expires, I'll leave US Bank permanently. I can't wait.
