I purchased a groupon for Panache for my wifes birthday. I made an appointment for 7 days later. I confirmed the appointment 24hrs before the appointment. My wife went to the appointment and was turned away because she was 10 minutes late, and that they were unaware of the details of the appointment. I called them to see if there was anything they could do. The manager hung up on me. I called back and she told me to try to get my money back from groupon. I would never treat a new client like this and I will tell others of how I was treated. Avoid this place they obviously do not appreciate new business.
