after paying the 99 dollar for the first appraisal and good off the service he ordered 4 screws and 2 bezels for a gas cook top plus an spark modal and bracket and there total was to be about 321 but when the guy came here he said they sent the wrong bezels but he still tried to get the four screws out to replace the bezel which are old but realty did not need to be replaced so he put 3 new screws that were unneeded which he charged 18 dollars of and fixed the spark module and then charged us 200 for an hour even thought the spark module only to 20 minutes to replace so the bill with out the new bezels IE the bowls that collect the over flow from pots and pans. but had to pay the same amount
