We just had an entire new roof put on our house and had a very good experience with Patrick Donnelly Roofing: \r
- I prefer working with a locally-owned small business.\r
- His bid was reasonable - the third lowest of 8 bids. \r
- He started when he said he would. \r
- His crew did a good job keeping the job site clean and did a good job cleaning up when they were done. \r
- He re-framed, re-mounted, and resealed our skylights. \r
- Sloping the roof required adding 1 to 4 inches of rigid foam insulation. The house is easier to heat now. \r
- We have had a three good rains since he finished, and the new roof has not leaked!
