Review content:
Went to multiple stores looking for an engagement ring to take that next big step. Started in the city & did some research online but I had something in mind that I wanted, but everyone had those same lines & same pushy sales people. I stumbled upon Jewels by Alex online and gave them a call. Leon was very pleasant to speak with so I decided to take the drive. BOY AM I GLAD I DID. Leon worked with me on what was in my head for over 45 minutes. Never once did I feel pushed or needed to make a decision that very day. He even told me think about it and get back to us, he didn't even take my number so he could show me they are not like other stores that are going to call you constantly for a decision. I took a couple days and finally decided to go back. Leon greeted me and we began the diamond choosing. I never got that much education in school lol! In the end I chose them for a couple reasons. Price, Design & Customer service! 2 of my other friends have now gone there and say the same thing about these guys. Hands down the best!\r
