Review content:
The Stoney Brook West community in Winter Garden, FL makes it's money by taking advantage of their homeowners. They give out violations with out explanation, reference or proof to the issue they are alleging. They retro-charge fees when they decide to implement an increase. There is never any recourse when this community decides to abuse a homeowner. It is not Senior Citizen friendly. Any person who has not adopted the lifestyle of living online will go broke in this community. Despite the outrageous maintenance fees, they charge an excess of $15 to send anything by mail! Management has a bully mentally. They make unreasonable demands; create new rules ""just because...""; and treat the homeowners like workers rather than hard working people who are paying their salaries. This community is unbending, unreasonable and their policies should certainly be formally investigated by an authoritative entity ASAP!
