Their so called ethos claims "The Harmony community is dedicated to creating an environment where everyone's bodies and feelings are safe and valued if we have a conflict" yeah right! What a joke ! A bunch of surly and rude not to mention stuck up group of people who use group bullying tactics to try and control others that they deem need readjusting, including using the students to do so, I guess because they believe it's their job to do so. Delusions of grandeur i guess.
