At all costs avoid doing business with Jalen. It's a terrible, terrible management company. They don't ""manage"" the properties that they purport to manage at all. They don't respond to phone calls, they don't respond to emails, they didn't have email until this year, ha, which is just absurd. They don't make any repairs on any of the buildings that they manage and they don't respond to any tenants situations at all. Ever. Terrible, terrible company where employees turnover like crazy because obviously, it's also terrible to work there. All positive reviews that you find are clearly fake.
