My puppy was KILLED while in their care \r
I had done my research and spoke with my vet and decided to send my new puppy to topline K9 for some puppy manners and house breaking. I had a 9 week old 4lb havanese puppy and we decided to do the stay and train program. I went to drop him off on Monday morning and spoke with Allison, she was going to take him to Stephanie for the week. When I left I had a very good feeling he would be taken care of and sent back to us a new puppy. Tuesday night my husband and I got the most unimaginable phone call ever. Stephanie called me and informed me that her own person dog had ATTACKED and KILLED my puppy. Some how her own 100lb dog was left alone with my 4 lb puppy. This is beyond unacceptable and negligent on their part. Anyone who is around animals knows better than to leave a 100 lb dog with a 4 lb dog, especially when you are bringing one of them into the others home. Not to mention someone is paying and TRUSTING you to care for your animal. We trusted them and allowed them to take our puppy and this is what we got in return. PLEASE PLEASE do not send your beloved animals to them, find someone else.
